Comments:
Large ill-defined white-gray tumor in the left fronto-temporal region. The left horn of the lateral ventricle is completely obliterated by the tumor; however, there is no hemorrhage or necrosis grossly. Histology showed anaplastic astrocytoma (WHO Grade III). Image copyright: pathorama.ch
