Angiomyolipoma

Angiomyolipomas are usually well circumscribed but not capsulated. In this image, the normal kidney is on the lower left. The tumor is sharply demarcated and consists of mature adipose tissue, dysmorphic blood vessels, and bundles of smooth muscle.
