Bilateral tumoral calcinosis in a young female who presented with progressive pain and swelling in both hips. Plain x-ray film shows a large amount of "fluffy" heterotopic calcification around the right hip joint. The underlying proximal right femur is not well seen, but appears intact. See 3D reconstruction of bilateral hip joints from CT images in the next slide. Case courtesy of Dr Matt A. Morgan, Radiopaedia.org. From the case rID: 33786
