Adult Granulosa Cell Tumor : Ultrasound

This testicular ultrasound image shows a large multi-cystic tumor in the testis (same case as the previous gross specimen photograph). Microscopic features are shown in next several images. The final diagnosis was adult granulosa cell tumor.
