Salivary Duct Carcinoma

Salivary duct carcinoma involving the parotid. The right two-thirds of the image shows cancerization of the salivary ducts and acini (similar to lobular cancerization by DCIS seen in breast). The left one-third shows uninvolved, atrophic-appearing salivary acini and ducts.
