Large Cell Calcifying Sertoli Cell Tumor

Comments:
The tumor cells are arranged in solid tubules and cords in moderate amounts of fibromyxoid stroma. A few neutrophils are present in the stroma. The nuclei lack pleomorphism and have punctate nucleoli.
