Comments:
Immunophenotype of B-cell Prolymphocytic Leukemia: The prolymphocytes in B-cell prolymphocytic leukemia (B-PLL) show strong surface IgM/IgD, bright surface kappa or lambda light chain, and strong positivity for B-cell markers (CD19, CD20, CD22, CD79a, CD79b, and FMC7). Other markers (with the % positive) include: CD5 (20-30%), CD23 (10-20%), ZAP70 (50%), and CD38 (50%). CD200 is weakly positive or negative.

Negative markers include: CD11c, CD103, CD10, CD25, and cyclin D1.
