Comments:
Eccrine porocarcinoma, also known as malignant eccrine poroma, is a rare sweat gland neoplasm which presents as verrucous plaques or polypoid growths. It occurs most often in older individuals, with a predilection for the lower extremities. This image shows a proliferation of cells arranged in nests and broad anastamosing bands. In some areas, the tumor maintains a connection with the epidermis.
