Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans

Comments:
A large dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans involving anterolateral neck in a young male. The tumor had been growing slowly for many years but had entered a rapid growth phase in the last several months. Note the reddish discoloration of the overlying stretched skin - a feature sometimes associated with these tumors.
