Comments:
Gross Pathology of Colon Polyps: The size range is wide from 0.2 to 10 cm. Most are smaller than 1.0 cm. They may be pedunculated (with a well-defined stalk) or sessile (broad-based/flat with no stalk) and single or multiple. They often appear reddish-brown with a granular or velvety surface.
