Alveolar Rhabdomyosarcoma (ARMS): Irregular aggregates of poorly-differentiated round or oval tumor cells are surrounded by hyalinized fibrous septa containing dilated blood vessels.

The cells in the center of the nests have not yet lost cellular cohesion to create an alveolar pattern.
