Comments:
Mucinous cystadenocarcinoma of the ovary. It was a large multicystic tumor with scattered solid areas. Benign, borderline, intramucosal carcinoma, and foci of destructive stromal invasion were all seen in the tumor, often within close proximity to each other.

The image shows intramucosal carcinoma on one side of the cyst wall and a single layer of benign intestinal-type mucinous epithelium on the other side.
