Clear Cell Sarcoma of Kidney : Sclerosing Patterns

Sclerosing Pattern: This pattern shows deposition of acellular, osteoid-like eosinophilic material around cords or columns of tumor cells. When such material is deposited in excess, it can create a paucicellular atrophic appearance in such foci. The sclerosing areas may appear to arise from myxoid pattern in some cases.
