Various histologic changes can be seen in pleomorphic adenomas such as clear cell change, oncocytic change, sebaceous cell differentiation, and schwannoma-like foci. This image depicts clear cell change (notice cytoplasmic clearing of epithelial cells) in a pleomorphic adenoma.
