Seminoma : Granulomatous Response

The image shows a touch preparation made from a seminoma with prominent granulomatous reaction. The slide was alcohol-fixed and stained with H&E. A granuloma is seen in the center surrounded by a dual population of tumor cells and lymphocytes.
