Urothelial Carcinoma - Microcystic Variant

Comments:
This case showed a focus with microcystic features adjacent to conventional urothelial carcinoma in a transurethral resection specimen. It bears resemblance to cystitis glandularis but has greater cytologic atypia. The glandular and tubular structures are variably sized and show architectural distortion.
