Urothelial Carcinoma of Renal Pelvis

Comments:
Non-invasive high-grade papillary urothelial carcinoma involving the renal pelvis near the upper pole of the kidney. Such cases can be distinguished grossly from renal cell carcinoma due to their greyish or yellowish-white color, granular appearance, and extensive involvement of the renal pelvis.
