Multicystic Benign Mesothelioma

Comments:
The lesion is composed of multiple small and large cysts separated by thin septa which are lined by flattened or cuboidal mesothelial cells. The septal wall has scant fibroconnective tissue which may contain hemorrhage and chronic inflammation. Smooth muscle is usually absent.
