Comments:
The radiologic features include poor margination of the lesion, calcification, the presence of a soft tissue mass and cortical destruction. These features indicate a malignant lesion; however, none are specific for mesenchymal chondrosarcoma. The most common sites of involvement include mandible, pelvic bones, femur, ribs, and spine.
