Post-pubertal Teratoma

Comments:
Mixed germ cell tumor consisting predominantly of teratoma (80%), and a smaller component of yolk sac tumor (20%).

The cut surface is heterogenous and consists of foci of hemorrhage and necrosis, small cysts, as well as soft myxoid areas.
