Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH) of Skin: Cutaneous papules, plaques, and nodules of LCH show dense, band-like infiltrate of Langerhans cells that obscures the dermal-epidermal junction. There is also a tendency to periadnexal, especially perifollicular, distribution. Extravasated red blood cells are often present.
