Pleomorphic Adenoma

Comments:
Biphasic appearance resulting from the admixture of epithelium and stroma. Relatively hypocellular areas of deeply basophilic myxoid matrix are present adjacent to hypercellular areas. The epithelial cells are predominantly arranged in acinar and tubular patterns.
