Secretory Carcinoma of Breast

Comments:
One of the characteristic features of this tumor is the presence of abundant eosinophilic secretions within the tubular/glandular structures and microcystic spaces as well as intracellularly in the form of eosinophilic globules. The secretions are PAS+ve diastase resistant.
