Comments:
In follicular dendritic cell sarcomas, the degree of nuclear pleomorphism is variable and is generally higher in recurrent or metastatic tumors as compared to the original lesion. Large, irregular hyperchromatic nuclei with pseudoinclusions and multinucleated or Reed-Sternberg-like cells may be present.
