Comments:
Mycosis fungoides (MF) - Plaque Stage: At low magnification, the plaque stage shows a dense, band-like lymphocytic infiltrate extending into the reticular dermis. The lymphocytes are present in perivascular distribution as well as in between reticular collagen bundles. The overlying epidermis usually shows psoriasiform hyperplasia with hyperkeratosis.
