Low-grade mucinous cystic neoplasm of Pancreas: This low-grade focus was photographed from a case which had scattered high-grade areas as well as microinvasive carcinoma. There is complex papillary branching and foldings; however, cytologic atypia is minimal. Nuclear polarity is maintained. Mitotic activity is not increased.
