Radiation Cystitis

Comments:
This cystoscopy image is from 65 y/o male with history of Gleason score 3+4=7 prostatic adenocarcinoma treated by radical retropubic prostatectomy, androgen-deprivation therapy, and external beam radiation therapy. He subsequently developed gross hematuria and was diagnosed with radiation cystitis. The cystoscopic image shows several inflamed patches in a diffusely erythematous background.
