Comments:
This patient presented with a 6 month history of a small breast nodule which rapidly grew in size to diffusely involve her entire right breast. It was non-tender with firm to hard consistency and measured 21 cm in diameter. The overlying skin was erythematous but not fixed to the lesion. There was no nipple retraction or axillary lymphadenopathy. Histologically, it was high-grade malignant phyllodes tumor. Case courtesy of: Dr. Sanjay Deshmukh, Professor of Pathology, Pad. Dr. V. V.
