High-grade Phyllodes Tumor

Comments:
This patient presented with a 6 month history of a small breast nodule which rapidly grew in size to diffusely involve her entire right breast. It was non-tender with firm to hard consistency and measured 21 cm in diameter. The overlying skin was erythematous but not fixed to the lesion.
