Uncommon histologic findings in adenomatous polyps include: neuroendocrine cells, Paneth cells, squamous morules (shown here), clear cell change, melanocytes, multinucleated giant cells, malakoplakia of polyp stroma, osseous metaplasia, and metastases from another location.
