Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

Comments:
These large, discohesive cells with prominent, sometimes multiple nucleoli in a background of benign lymphocytes are characteristic of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Ancillary studies may assist in the diagnosis.
