Inverted Urothelial Papilloma : Microscopic Features

Microscopic Features: This case of inverted urothelial papilloma had a cystic nodule of non-keratinizing squamous epithelium within it. The squamous epithelium displayed cytologic atypia (next image) that was concerning but not sufficient for an unequivocal diagnosis of carcinoma.
