In Nodular Lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin Lymphoma, classic Reed-Sternberg cells, eosinophils, plasma cells, and areas of fibrosis are absent. Instead, numerous L&H cells with multilobed, folded nucleus with small nucleoli are present in a background rich in lymphocytes.
