This example of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma presented in the lung as a recurrent tumor in a 44 y/o male who had previously been treated. The primary tumor had presented 18 months earlier as an enlarged cervical lymph node. The pattern of infiltration in this image is predominantly interstitial.
