Comments:
Hepatosplenic T-cell lymphoma showing involvement of the spleen. There is red pulp expansion due to diffuse infiltration of the cords and sinuses by monomorphic, medium-sized lymphoid cells (T-cells, gamma-delta subtype). Histiocytes, plasma cells, and small lymphocytes are also present.
