Sclerosing Pneumocytoma (Hemangioma)

Comments:
This is a focus of solid growth pattern in a sclerosing hemangioma. Sheets of polygonal or round cells with abundant eosinophilic cytoplasm and large vesicular nuclei are seen. Mitotic activity is not increased.
