Hyalinizing Spindle Cell Tumor with Giant Rosettes

Comments:
The collagen rosettes are rimmed by epithelioid cells. The stroma shows delicate vasculature. There is mild nuclear atypia and mitotic activity is not significantly increased. The degree of cellularity varies within the same tumor.
