This field shows admixture of undifferentiated areas composed of primitive cells with well-differentiated foci contain rhabdomyoblasts (bottom). The patient was a 2-yr old boy who presented with gross hematuria and urinary obstruction. Imaging studies revealed a large mass centered around the prostate. The treatment for localized disease usually consists of partial excision (or complete if possible) followed by chemotherapy and radiation.
