Traditional Serrated Adenoma

Traditional Serrated Adenoma (TSA): TSA is the least common subtype among serrated lesions and makes up less than 1% of all colorectal polyps. They are small and usually found in distal colon. They are pedunculated, have villiform architecture and resemble tubulovillous adenomas.
