Typical goblet cell carcinoid, Group A. The tumor cells are infiltrating in linear pattern along the long axis of the muscle fibers. Despite the signet ring cell morphology, they lack significant cytologic atypia. Mitotic figures are rarely seen. Perineural invasion may be present.
