Sclerosing hemangiomas show a combination of many different architectural patterns, including papillary (depicted here), solid, angiomatoid/hemorrhagic, and sclerotic. The papillary projections are lined by surface cells whereas their cores contain round cells. Blood lakes can be seen in between papillary structures in this image.
