Comments:
The patient was a 60-yr old male who presented with a scrotal lesion of 5 months' duration. Clinically, it was worrisome for squamous cell carcinoma. Syringocystadenoma papilliferum is a benign neoplasm of apocrine/eccrine derivation that may occur on face, scalp, arms, thigh, scrotum, and trunk.
