EBV+ DLBCL, NOS : CD20

Comments:
EBV+ Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), NOS - Immunohistochemistry:The large atypical cells express pan-B-cell markers, including CD20 (rare cases are negative), PAX5, CD79a, OCT-2, and BOB-1. They are of non-GCB phenotype and negative for CD10.

IRF4/MUM1 is usually positive. There is variable positivity for BCL6. CD30 is often positive. CD15 is negative. The neoplastic cells frequently express PD-L1 and the binding of PD-L1 to PD-1 on T-cells helps them evade immunesurveillance.
