Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL): Higher magnification of the previous image showing small to medium-sized neoplastic lymphocytes admixed with histiocytes and dendritic cells. They have round nuclei, and clear cytoplasm with well-defined cytoplasmic borders.
