Mycosis fungoides (MF) - Patch Stage: Atypical lymphoid cells with irregular, convoluted, hyperchromatic nuclei and surrounded by clear haloes are present within the epidermis (epidermotropism). Atypical lymphoid infiltrate is also seen within the dermis. Note scattered melanophages - a common finding in MF.
