Primary Effusion Lymphoma

Primary Effusion Lymphoma: This immunosuppressed patient presented with a pleural effusion. The lymphoma cells were negative for B- and T-cell markers by immunohistochemistry. CD138 was variably positive. HHV8 and EBER were positive.
