Mantle Cell Lymphoma : Ki-67

Ki-67 labeling index is a reflection of the proliferative activity of the tumor cells. It is generally low in classic cases of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The blastoid variants of MCL have very high Ki-67 labeling index as shown in this image. A Ki-67 labeling index of greater than 40% to 60% is associated with adverse outcome.
