Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a mature B-cell neoplasm that expresses B-cell markers CD19, CD20, CD22, and CD79a. T-cell associated antigens CD5 and CD43 are positive in MCL; however, other T-cell antigens are usually negative. The image shows CD3 positive reactive T-cells scattered in a background of negative lymphoma cells.
