Lymphomatous Polyposis

Comments:
Mantle cell lymphoma of the small bowel presenting as lymphomatous polyposis. Compare this image to the gross specimen photograph in slide 3, although that's a different case. The polypoid structures composed of submucosal lymphoid infiltrate covered by glandular epithelium nearly occlude the lumen.
