Comments:
Morphology: This image is a higher magnification of one of the neoplastic follicles from the previous image. They consist predominantly of medium to large centrocytes (large cleaved cells) and a few centroblasts.

Centrocytes have angulated, cleaved, or folded nuclei, inconspicuous nucleoli, and scant cytoplasm. A small number of centroblasts with round or oval vesicular nuclei and one to three prominent nucleoli are usually present.
