Morphology: This image shows neoplastic follicles in subcutaneous tissues from a case of primary cutaneous follicle center lymphoma.

The follicles are irregularly shaped and closely packed together. They have poorly-formed mantle zones and a monotonous appearance with no differentiation into polarized light and dark areas.
